Home Study Option The Top Ten Pain Releasers:
Integrating Massage and Touch for Health Course is now available as a home study program. Enjoy watching a course in the convenience of your home and at your own pace.  The 4.5 hour, three set DVD of an actual class, is divided by chapter headings on each technique taught in the class for easy reference.

If you are a massage therapist and would like to receive continuing education credits (7 hrs) NCBTMB approved, you will need to:

1. Click here to fill out a contact form with your name, address, phone, and email.  Check the Home Study box.

2. Click here to purchase the Top Ten Pain Releasers DVD and book.

3. Email Arlene (greentfh@mindspring.com) to receive the Top Ten exam. Fill it out as you watch the DVD. 

4. Email the exam back to Arlene for grading and then you will contact Arlene to set up a 30 minute phone conference or Skype call to go over any questions that you might have or any questions that she may have for you.

5. Once you complete the exam and phone or Skype evaluation, you will receive your CE credits.

6. Cost of the book, DVD, grading and one-on-one phone discussion is $125.
