The U. S. Kinesiology Training Institute  is dedicated to providing high quality instruction in the art and science of kinesiology and creating a supportive and nurturing environment for students to learn and develop their highest potential.

The Institute offers a variety of basic, advanced, instructor training workshops
in Touch for Health Kinesiology, and other Kinesiology classes

Set in the beautiful countryside of North Carolina, the peaceful retreat setting allows students a wonderful opportunity for learning and personal transformation.

Spring TFH Intensive Retreat in NC
April 28 - May 6

Learn the full TFH 1 - 4 curriculum in an eight out of nine day retreat from one of the top instructors in the field. Students find the intensive format fun, makes learning easier and fosters quicker mastery of the basics with daily practice and supervised feedback.
