The Institute offers a variety of basic, advanced, instructor training workshops in Touch for Health Kinesiology, and other Kinesiology classes

Set in the beautiful countryside of North Carolina, the peaceful retreat setting allows students a wonderful opportunity for learning and personal transformation.

Learn the full Touch for Health Kinesiology 1 - 4 curriculum in an eight out of nine day retreat from one of the leading instructors in the field of TFH kinesiology. The intensive format makes learning easier and fosters quicker mastery of the basics with daily practice and supervised feedback. The 8 day training gives students time to learn the balancing skills in depth, as well as experience the transformative effect the techniques have on themselves. Participants find the week long training fun and inspiring, and often come away with lasting friendships.
Class size limited to 10 - 12 students.
