Touch for Health I is for laypeople and health professionals.  It introduces the art of muscle testing and the basic procedure to balance the body's muscles and acupuncture meridians as presented in Dr. John Thie's book, Touch for Health. Learn skills to increase your energy level, reduce stress and pain, increase mental clarity and enhance immune system function. Also, learn food and sensitivity testing, surrogate testing and emotional stress release skills. Includes books, manual and certification.

Touch for Health II reviews and builds on the basic 14 muscle/meridian balance from TFH I and introduces new balancing theories, 14 additional muscles, balancing for goals, new pain control techniques, gait testing , Tibetan figure 8 energy, and a self balancing technique.

Touch for Health III  presents the Chinese 5 Elements Theory and related balancing model, along with how to balance with sound, color, and emotions. Additional techniques include acupressure holding points, pain tapping, and a powerful technique to release reactive patterns of chronic muscle problems, . Also, learn 14 additional muscles.

Touch for Health IV  is a review of TFH 1-3 techniques and the Five Elements Balance. New skills include Luo points, postural stress release, and a nutrition balance  Practice with the 42 muscle balance in the standing up and laying down positions.
